TSA and Lendlease Sustainable Stats

TSA and Lendlease Sustainable removal of excess furniture

Green Furniture Hub partnered with TSA and Leandlease on clearing 2 levels in Tower 1 Barrangaroo.  

Furniture Audit 

Conducted a furniture audit across 4 levels to determine quantity and condition. The client received a full asset register.

Rehoming and Refurbishment

400+ Humanscale chairs were brought back to the warehouse for refurbishing and rehoming. We supported delivery of 50+ items to ReLove.

Project management and Logistics

Clearing of the site in 3 days for over 500 furniture items including workstations, couches, meeting tables and task chairs.

Hotel strip-out with charitable impact

Green Furniture Hub partnered with Shape construction to divert existing furniture from the Ibis Styles Hotel Sydney achieving a charitable impact with most items being rehomed in crisis housing through ReLove.  

Removal and Rehoming 

Removed all furniture in scope off site across 4 levels over 3 stages .                                      

Charitable Donation

Redistributed 150+ furniture items to Relove charity for them to provide crisis housing.

Provided white card workers and SWMS to ensured site safety during construction works.           

Charter Hall site strip-out Stats

End of tenancy site strip-out 

Green Furniture Hub partnered with Charter Hall to achieve a sustainable clearance program for the Level 4 tenancy in Frenches Forest.  

Rehoming 

Rehomed 60% of the items to small businesses and charities via our marketplace.                      

Recycling 

Separated materials for furniture at its end of life for up-cycling. Inlcuding table tops, metal and cords.   

Project management and Logistics

Managed site safety and cleared the tenancy of all remaining furniture prior to refurbishment.
